Hello my son: Been a long journey since you left us. Few victories, dotted along the way with many hurts and things held sacred ripped from us. Yet here we are son, your family, standing strong as you would want. I'll soon be telling your story son, I pray God allows you to lead my heart and mind as I do. You deserve to have your story of hurt told son, few others lived behind the scenes, witnessing and judging only what was seen by passing the windows....and I am ready to tell. The hustle and bustle that so easily catches hold for seasons of change and celebration...yet, for some, time has stood still and empty chairs have a presence unseen by others.

The world says the days and memories, if not change, will dim. Never for missing our son and brother, never. Today its six years. Long in man's time, like yesterday to your family. Randy, your family awaits to be reunited with you, in God's circle above. Until then, its only by His grace that we live with memories. May Joshua someday, come to realize the life you gave for him alone and be reunited with your family, who gave until we could no more. Love you our son. God knows....

Your Birthday son. Just another day in so many lives, but to your family and those you touched, its a special day of remembrance and loneliness. If God has open windows into down here, it has to be the sense we feel from time to time that you're peering into our lives. Your traits, your words, visions of you....will always be with us. We love you our son, we love you.
To be in the bosom of The Father must be a glorious Father's Day, our son. The last time you and dad played golf in Cabo was such a glorious day for you both. You know Ran, I look at this and 'wonder' if we had realized it was the last time for this, things would have been different. Then, I realize and know that enjoying each other was just normal for our family....and no longer 'wonder'...and I rest. I pray God has assigned you as Gatekeeper...you were always so good at that. Watch for us son.
